These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Postcard Tiles mobile application (the "App") published by [Legal Entity Name]. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

Game content and progress

Progress, virtual items, and settings may be stored locally on your device. We may adjust game balance, content, pricing, or features in updates to improve the experience or comply with platform requirements.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including consumables, non-consumables, and the auto-renewable Monthly Passport subscription. All billing is processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Monthly Passport automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Any free trial or promotional period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Product identifiers currently used by the App include postcard_tiles_no_ads, postcard_tiles_starter_pack, postcard_tiles_booster_pack, and postcard_tiles_monthly_passport.

The App may show optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Purchasing No Ads removes automatic interstitial breaks but does not remove optional rewarded ad opportunities unless otherwise stated in the App.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, cheat, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
Use the App in violation of applicable law or App Store policies.
Misrepresent affiliation with us or with Apple.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of local progress after device loss, deletion, or reset.

Apple terms

You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for support, maintenance, or legal claims related to the App except as required by applicable law. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
